Artist Biography
Heidi was blessed with a family full of creativity. Her childhood and upbringing was filled with art, music, joy love and laughter. Nature was her playground. A mid-life accident forced a change of life for Heidi, and she turned to her art. She is self taught, but it took many years for her to find her true love and talent; Skies and Pacific Northwest Native American Art. By trade, Heidi is a potter and a decorative artist, specializing in faux finishes and sky scenes. Heidi has donated many paintings and murals to many non-profit organizations. Heidi also has a private clientele for whom she has created faux paintings and murals, as well as pottery, furniture and hand made tiles.
Artist Statement
“I’ve had a long and very deep connection with nature and wildlife. Through this love and respect for our earth I feel a kinship with Native American people. My work is inspired by Native Americans of the past, present and future.”
